This page sets out the “Shipping Policy” (the “Policy/policy”) that applies to the customers of Xandra Ann Art that make a purchase from the website www.xandraannart.com. Prior to making the purchase, the customer will be required to provide an accurate and existing shipping address. We have the right to make changes to this policy at any time and at our sole discretion without any notification to the customer or without any prior permission of the customer for the same.
This policy is applicable throughout the United States of America. International shipping may be provided on a case-by-case basis. The customer may be required to enter a Zip Code to verify if deliveries can be carried out at its location.
The health and safety of our employees and customers are our top priority. We adhere to and comply with government-recommended COVID-19 guidelines.
IN-STORE LOCAL PICKUP:
We offer in-store local pickup on an appointment basis only. You may collect your package at 1410 Adams Port O’Connor, Texas 77982.
Frames are not included with the prints. Prints will be shipped rolled in a tube. Fees may be added according to specialty art pieces such as sculptures or items especially heavy or bulky.
SHIPPING PACKAGES AND TIMELINE:
We offer only standard shipping. Free shipping is available to domestic customers only. The shipping time for standard shipping will be 2-5 business days.
DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS:
We use the services of carriers namely USPS and UPS.
Shipping cost is contingent upon the size, weight, location, quantity, and other relevant factors. It is not fixed. Shipping charges are dynamic.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, AND TARIFFS:
All fees including and not limited to taxes, governmental fees, or charges imposed in relation to shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CONFIRMATION, PROCESSING, AND SHIPPING:
Generally, an order placed between 08:00 A.M to 17:00 P.M (Central Time Zone) on a particular business day will be considered an order placed on that business day. After an order is placed, please spare us some time for processing the order. The order processing will be completed within 1 to 5 business days for stocked items and 1 to 2 weeks for specialty printed items.
COMMENCEMENT OF SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping time shall commence from the date the order will be shipped by us rather than from the date of placement of an order by the customer from us. After the order processing is completed, you will receive the shipment confirmation email along with the tracking details within 1 business day.
ORDER PROCESSING ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS:
If an order is placed on weekends, national holidays, or public holidays, the order processing time will get extended or delayed.
DELAY IN ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
The order processing times may be delayed when we are experiencing a high volume of orders or due to festivals or mega sale events or other connected reasons.
P. O. (POST OFFICE) BOXES:
We ship orders to P. O. (Post Office) Boxes.
REMOTE AREAS OR RURAL LOCATIONS:
Shipping in rural and remote areas will take 5-10 business days of shipping time.
DELAYS DUE TO UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS:
The expected order delivery date or shipping time schedule may be extended due to any unforeseeable events which include events such as natural calamities, or manmade calamities. Although such delays are beyond our reasonable control, we are apologetic for the inconvenience caused to the customer. If the shipment delivery is delayed significantly, please reach out to us.
The customer shall make sure that the delivery address he/she provides is accurate and if there are any mistakes or errors in it, the same shall be corrected before checkout. In case a wrong address is provided by the customer and the delivery is attempted at the wrong address, the delivery will be re-attempted only if the customer pays extra charges for the re-attempt of order delivery.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED:
If the customer does not receive the order within the scheduled shipping time, please contact us with the name and order number, and we will investigate the matter. If the customer has not received the order within a period of 10 business days from the receipt of the shipment confirmation email, the customer must immediately contact us.
THE COURSE OF ACTION FOR MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES:
If in any case a package is lost or goes missing, the customer must contact Xandra Mapp at email@example.com. We will investigate the matter and discuss it with the concerned carrier. We will deal with such matters on a case-to-case basis.
